After years spent letting fear run her life, Jaime moved to the dreamy forest in Novar, ON in 2018 to live the life she intended. When she isn't working, she can often be found spending time outside with her family. Self care involves solitude in the woods, or in the bath with a good book.
Mission
Jaime is passionate about inspiring and guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery to heal from within to find inner peace. It is her mission to provide services that aim to help individuals access their parasympathetic mode to relax deeply by creating a tranquil environment for them to release and let go of stress. Within this space of love and support, awaken and rejuvenate your
body, mind and soul!
