Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that encourages physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Using gentle hand movements, the practitioner intentionally guides universal/spiritual (Rei) life force energy (Ki) that flows through all living beings.

How It Works

If energy is low, we might feel sick, burnt out or stressed.
If life force energy is flowing and balanced through our chakras we feel happier and healthier. A treatment works well with other medical and therapeutic modalities to promote emotional and physical healing. Many people find a Reiki session to be deeply relaxing and soothing as your body enters the parasympathetic mode.
