Well, to me it was that day!!
The best yoga is the one your body mind and soul need in that moment, that day, that week.
My body needed to flow:
- first, to get hot (vinyasa).
- then, to build strength (balance)
- next, to cool.
Finishing with long stretches (yin).

The physical aspect of yoga is just one piece of the puzzle. The yoga sutras say that asana (movement piece that we understand as “yoga”) really means, “a comfortable seat for meditation.”
A true connection between the body and the mind.
Yoga is a way of life.
A way back to yourself.
Well your true self that is;)
